中文摘要: 为提高 PS-PVD 热障涂层的抗沙尘冲刷性能,采用等离子喷涂 - 物理气相沉积技术 (PS-PVD) 在粘结层表 面制备 7YSZ 热障涂层,在大气环境下进行了抗沙尘冲刷试验,研究了 PS-PVD 热障涂层的冲刷行为及失效机制。 通过等离子喷涂技术 (APS) 在 PS-PVD 热障涂层表面制备了一层致密层状涂层,重点研究了致密层厚度对 PS- PVD 热障涂层抗冲刷失效性能的影响。结果表明 PS-PVD 热障涂层冲刷过程经历了快速、中速、慢速冲刷三个阶段。 随着致密层厚度的增加,对 PS-PVD 热障涂层抗冲刷性能的提升愈加明显。当致密层厚度为 5μm 时,对 PS-PVD 热障涂层抗冲刷性能无明显影响;当致密层厚度为 10μm 时,PS-PVD 热障涂层抗冲刷性能提高了约 30%;当致 密层厚度为 20μm 时,PS-PVD 热障涂层抗冲刷性能约提高了 4 倍。
Abstract:In order to improve the particle erosion resistance of the PS-PVD thermal barrier coatings, 7YSZ thermal barrier coating was prepared on the surface of the bond coat by plasma spray-physical vapor deposition (PS-PVD). The particle erosion test was carried in atmospheric environment and the erosion failure behavior of the PS-PVD thermal barrier coating was studied, the dense-layered coating was prepared on the surface of the PS-PVD thermal barrier coating by air plasma spraying (APS). The effect of dense-layered coating thickness on the erosion failure behavior of PS-PVD thermal barrier coating were studied. The results show that the particle erosion process of the PS-PVD thermal barrier coating has experienced three stages of fast speed, medium speed and slow speed erosion. As the thickness of the dense-layered increases, the improvement of the erosion resistance performance of the PS-PVD thermal barrier coatings becomes more significant. When the thickness of the dense- layered coating is 5μm, the dense-layered has no obvious influence on the erosion failure behavior of the PS- PVD thermal barrier coating; When the thickness of the dense-layered coating is 10μm, the erosion resistance performance of the PS-PVD thermal barrier coating is improved by about 30%; When the thickness of the dense- layered coating is 20μm, the erosion resistance performance of the PS-PVD thermal barrier coating is increased by about 4 times.
