涂电压为 130 V 时制备的涂层综合性能最佳。
Abstract:HfC protective coating was deposited on the surface of SiC-coated C/C composites by SAPS. Different
samples were prepared under the conditions of alternative currents and voltages. Combined with XRD, SEM,
roughness analysis and acoustic emission spectra with load-scratch test, the structure and morphology of the HfC
coatings deposited with different currents and voltages were also studied. The ablation properties of different
coatings were tested by oxyacetylene flame. The changes of the morphology and structure of the different coatings
after ablation were also studied. The results showed that the HfC coating deposited by the current of 400 A and the
voltage of 130 V exhibit the best property
