中文摘要: 高压冷喷涂是一种高压气流加速微小颗粒形成超音速 (300~1200m/s) 气固双相流轰击金属或绝缘基体表面 形成涂层的工艺。 与传统热喷涂相比, 该技术具有喷涂温度低、 涂层对基体热影响小、 送粉速度快、 涂层孔隙率 低等优点, 这使得高压冷喷涂技术适用范围较广, 且喷涂粉末可以回收利用, 降低了喷涂成本。 本文从高压冷喷 涂技术原理出发, 介绍了技术特点、 影响因素, 综述了高压冷喷涂技术的应用及相关领域, 展望了高压冷喷涂技 术的未来发展和要求。

Abstract:High-pressure cold spraying is a process in which high-pressure airflow accelerates small particles to form high-velocity (300~1200m/s) gas-solid dual-phase flow to impact the surface of a metal or insulating substrate to form a coating. Compared with traditional thermal spraying technology, the advantages of highpressure cold spraying technology such as low spraying temperature, rarely thermal influence of the coating on the substrate, fast powder feeding speed, and low coating porosity that expanded its application. Also, the spraying powder can be recycled, which reduces the spraying cost. Based on the principle of high-pressure cold spraying technology, characteristics, influencing factors, the application and related fields of highpressure cold spraying technology has been introduced. The future development and requirements of highpressure cold spraying technology are prospected.
