的 MCrAlY 涂层抗氧化性最好。 另外, 本文还着重研究了优选 Ta 含量的 MCrAlY 的氧化过程。
Abstract:The β phase affects the oxidation resistance of the MCrAlY coating, which can be improved by adding
specific elements. Ta is considered to be one of the important elements that can be used to improve the oxidation
resistance of the coating. This study simulates and investigates the effect of different Ta content on the phase
composition of MCrAlY coating. And thus, a isothermal oxidation experiment was carried out at 1000℃. The
results show that, the thickness of the aluminum-depleted zone of the coating decreases and the remaining β phase
content increases with the increase of Ta content. The distribution of β phase is also closer to the coating surface.
However, the higher Ta content intensifies the segregation of Ta element in the coating. The MCrAlY coating with
3% Ta content exhibits best oxidation resistance. In addition, this paper also focuses on the oxidation process of
MCrAlY coating with a preferred Ta content.
