中文摘要: 采用激光熔覆在 45# 钢基体上制备了不同 Mo 含量的 FeCrNi 熔覆层, 探讨 Mo 元素含量对熔覆层组织和 性能的影响。 试验结果表明, 五种熔覆层均主要由马氏体和 M7C3 碳化物组成, 当 Mo 添加量大于等于 1wt.% 时, 熔覆层中出现了少量 Mo2C 和 Laves 相。 Mo 元素能够改善熔覆层中的碳化物分布和形态, 使鱼骨状共晶碳化物 增多, 提高熔覆层的硬度和耐磨性, 但 Mo 加入过多时, 碳化物聚集长大成粗网状, 使熔覆层耐磨性降低。
Abstract:The FeCrNi layers with different Mo content was fabricated on the 45# steel substrate with laser cladding, and the influence of Mo content on the structure and properties of the cladding layer was discussed. The results showed that the five cladding layers are mainly composed of martensite and M7C3 carbides. When the amount of Mo is greater than or equal to 1wt.%, a small amount of Mo2C and Laves phases appear in the cladding layer. Mo can optimize the distribution and morphology of carbides in the cladding layer, increase the fishbone eutectic carbides, and improve the hardness and wear resistance of the cladding layer. However, When the Mo content is too high, the carbides will aggregate and grow into a coarse network, leading to the reduction of the wear resistance of the cladding layer.
