体固定和支撑 WC 颗粒避免其剥落, 二者协同作用使得熔覆层耐磨性增加。
Abstract:Fe-WC composite coatings with different WC contents were prepared on high manganese steel
substrate by laser cladding. The effect of WC content on the microstructure and properties of the cladding layer
was studied. The results show that the Fe-WC coatings with different WC content contains martensite, M7C3
carbide and unmelted WC particles. When 20wt.% WC was added, retained austenite appears in the cladding layer
and eutectic carbide precipitates along the grain boundary in fishbone shape. The hardness and wear resistance of
the Fe-WC cladding layer increased with the increase of WC content. The WC particles in the cladding layer were
the skeleton and the alloy matrix was the support. The synergistic effect of the two make the wear resistance of the
cladding layer increase.
