值为 16 MPa。
Abstract:The spraying process of the Si bond coat in the environmental barrier coating system has an important
influence on the quality of the coating. The Si bond coat with optimized spraying parameters will increase the
bonding strength between the environmental barrier coating and the SiC substrate and improve the thermal
expansion mismatch. In this work, the atmospheric plasma spraying technology was utilized to prepare Si bond
coat on SiC substrate. We mainly studied the influence of the spraying process of the Si bonding coating on its
microstructure and properties, and the effect of spray current on the surface roughness, phase composition and
morphology, adhesive strength and hardness are investigated systematically. The Si bond coat with spraying
current of 400 A demonstrates the surface roughness Ra of (3.15±0.35) μm, the cross-sectional porosity of 4.9%
as well as an average adhesive strength of 16 MPa.
