到了国内外研究工作者的广泛关注。 本文从等离子体技术及分类、 不同原料介质的等离子体纳米粉体制备、 等离
子体主要工艺参数对纳米粉体性能的影响等几个方面简要地介绍了等离子体技术制备纳米粉体的研究现状, 阐述
了等离子制备纳米粉体的重要意义和面对的挑战。
Abstract:Nano-powder was widely used due to its unique property. Research on efficient preparation method
of nanometer powder has been a hot spot in the field of material research. Plasma technology was a new type
of rapid development of nano-powder preparation technology, the temperature could reach 10000 K. Due
to the high heat enthalpy, high chemical reactivity, the plasma technology has received extensive attention
of researchers all over the world in recent years. In this paper, the research status of plasma nano-powders
preparation has been briefly introduced, including plasma technology and classification, plasma nanopowders preparation with different raw material, and the influence of plasma main process parameters on the
properties of nano-powders. Additionally, the significance and challenges of preparing nanometer powders by
plasma were described
