中文摘要: 燃气轮机中(燃烧室、 涡轮) 高温合金热端部件长期工作在 1000℃及以上的高温环境, 导致部件材料需 要面对高温氧化、 热腐蚀、 高温载荷及力学性能的改变等实际问题。 MCrAlY 涂层在热端部件防护中发挥着重要 作用。 然而, 高温合金 -MCrAlY 涂层体系在高温中会发生元素互扩散、 组织演变等微观现象, 影响着部件高温 性能和使用寿命。 本研究采用 ThermoCalc/DICTRA 软件, 同时耦合了 MCrAlY 合金涂层表面氧化, 建立了高温 合金 - 涂层体系的“氧化 - 扩散” 模型, 成功应用于涂层成分优选与寿命预测。 本研究还总结了热力学计算在高 温合金 /MCrAlY 涂层体系中其他应用

Abstract:The superalloy-based hot components in gas turbines (combustion and turbine sections) work at 1000oC or even higher temperatures in long term, resulting in some critical problems occurred in the component materials such as high-temperature oxidation, hot corrosion, loading and mechanical property changes. MCrAlY coatings play an important role in protecting those hot components. However, the elemental diffusion and microstructure development take place in the superalloy-MCrAlY coating systems at high temperatures, which influences the properties and service lifetime of the components. In this study, ThermoCalc and DICTRA software were used with considering the surface oxidation of MCrAlY coatings, so that "oxidation-diffusion" models were set up in the superalloy-coating systems. The models were successfully applied in the optimization of coating composition and the prediction of the coating life. We also summarized the other applications of the thermodynamic calculations in the superalloys and coatings
