单次刮削深度越小, NiCrAl/NiCg 封严涂层的可磨耗性能越优异。 该研究为航空发动机应用中叶尖与可磨耗封严
涂层相互作用的探索提供了新的基础数据, 也为今后封严涂层性能研究及选定提供参考依据。
Abstract:NiCrAl/NiCg abradable sealing coatings can improve the efficiency of turbine engines and have been
widely used in high-pressure compressors in aero-engines. In this paper, the high-temperature and high-speed
scratching test method were used to carry out the wearability test of the NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating under
simulated service conditions. The wear ratio and other data were analyzed to evaluate the abradability of the
coatings. The results showed that the NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating exhibits excellent abradability under different
test conditions and can protect the blade from damage; when the feed rate was increased from 5 μm/s to 500 μm/
s, the IQR The value and IDR of NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating were significantly improved, and the abradability
of NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating decreased. The single scraping depth was an important factor affecting the
wearability of NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating. The smaller the depth of a single scrape, the more excellent abradability of the /NiCg sealing coating was. This research provides new basic data for the exploration of the
interaction between the blade tip and the abradable seal coating in aero-engine applications, and also provides a
reference for future seal coating performance research and selection.
