中文摘要: NiCrAl/NiCg 可磨耗封严涂层可以提高涡轮发动机效率, 已广泛应用于航空发动机中高压压气机部位。 本 文采用高温高速刮擦试验方法对 NiCrAl/NiCg 封严涂层进行模拟服役工况条件下的可磨耗试验, 试验后通过对磨 损表面宏观形貌、 微观组织形貌、 磨损质量以及叶片高度磨损比等数据进行分析以评价涂层的可磨耗性能。 结果 表明, NiCrAl/NiCg 封严涂层在不同的试验条件下均表现出优异的可磨耗性能, 可以保护叶片免受损伤; 当进给 速率由 5 μm/s 提高到 500 μm/s 时, 叶片涂层质量磨损比 (IQR) 值、 叶片高度磨损比 (IDR) 均显著提高, NiCrAl/ NiCg 封严涂层的可磨耗性有所下降; 单次刮削深度是影响 NiCrAl/NiCg 封严涂层可磨耗性能的重要影响因素, 单次刮削深度越小, NiCrAl/NiCg 封严涂层的可磨耗性能越优异。 该研究为航空发动机应用中叶尖与可磨耗封严 涂层相互作用的探索提供了新的基础数据, 也为今后封严涂层性能研究及选定提供参考依据。

Abstract:NiCrAl/NiCg abradable sealing coatings can improve the efficiency of turbine engines and have been widely used in high-pressure compressors in aero-engines. In this paper, the high-temperature and high-speed scratching test method were used to carry out the wearability test of the NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating under simulated service conditions. The wear ratio and other data were analyzed to evaluate the abradability of the coatings. The results showed that the NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating exhibits excellent abradability under different test conditions and can protect the blade from damage; when the feed rate was increased from 5 μm/s to 500 μm/ s, the IQR The value and IDR of NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating were significantly improved, and the abradability of NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating decreased. The single scraping depth was an important factor affecting the wearability of NiCrAl/NiCg sealing coating. The smaller the depth of a single scrape, the more excellent abradability of the /NiCg sealing coating was. This research provides new basic data for the exploration of the interaction between the blade tip and the abradable seal coating in aero-engine applications, and also provides a reference for future seal coating performance research and selection.
