中文摘要: 本文以某型航空发动机涡轮导叶为研究对象, 采用化学气相沉积 (CVD) 方法制备了铝化物涂层, 通过扫 描电子显微镜 (SEM) 和能谱 (EDS) 分析渗铝涂层的显微形貌及化学构成, 并就其对叶片尺寸、 气体流量和力学 性能产生的影响进行分析, 采用 1000 ℃ , 100 h 抗氧化性能试验研究了涂层的抗高温氧化性能。 结果表明化学气 相沉积铝涂层为外扩散型组织, 流道面、 内腔及气膜孔渗层区域涂层均匀完整, 对基体材料起到较好的保护作用, 渗铝涂层的尺寸效应对叶片影响较小, CVD 热过程对叶片材料的力学性能无明显影响, 涂层的抗氧化性能良好, 1000 ℃ , 100 h 后氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线演变规律。

Abstract:This paper takes turbine guide blade as the research object, aluminizing coating were prepared by CVD. By means of SEM, EDS to analysis of the thickness and chemical composition, the effect on size, flow rate and mechanical properties were also analyzed. High-temperature oxidation behaviors were investigated after oxidation at 1000 ℃ for 100 h. The results showed that the coating was external diffusion type. The coatings in the flow channel surface, inner cavity and air film porous layer area were completely uniform, which can protect the base material. The size effect of aluminized coating has little effect on the blade, and the thermal process of CVD has no obvious effect on the mechanical properties of the blade material. The aluminizing coating exhibited good oxidation resistance. The oxidation kinetics curves of the aluminizing coating was in accordance with parabolic rule after oxidation at 1000 ℃ for 100 h.
