中文摘要: 当前大型燃煤锅炉由于进行了低氮燃烧改造以及掺烧高硫分煤种, 导致水冷壁管发生严重的高温腐蚀, 管 壁减薄, 容易发生爆管泄漏事故。 本文综述了燃煤锅炉常见的四种高温腐蚀类型, 对大型燃煤锅炉水冷壁进行表 面改性, 已成为解决水冷壁管高温腐蚀问题的重要手段。 从堆焊涂层、 渗铝涂层、 纳米陶瓷涂层、 热喷涂涂层四 种防护涂层技术角度介绍了材料及应用现状。 在当前技术相对成熟的高速电弧喷涂技术的基础上提出一种防护效 果良好的复合喷涂技术, 并在一台 640 MW 超临界机组上成功应用。

Abstract:At present, large-scale pulverized coal boilers have been retrofitted for low nitrogen combustion and blended with high sulfur coal. As a result, the water wall tubes suffer from severe high temperature corrosion, the tube walls become thinner, the tube explosion and leakage accidents are easy to occur. This paper summarized four common types of high temperature corrosion of pulverized coal boilers. The surface modification of water wall of large-scale pulverized coal boilers has become an important means to solve the problem of high temperature corrosion of water wall tubes. The materials and their application status were introduced from four kinds of protective coatings, which are surfacing coating, aluminizing coating, nano-ceramic coating and thermal spraying coating. Based on the relatively mature high-speed arc spraying technology, a composite spraying technology with good protection effect was proposed and applied in a 640 MW supercritical unit successfully
