中文摘要: 采用等离子球化工艺对氧化铝钛陶瓷粉末进行了球化处理,测试了球化前后氧化铝钛陶瓷粉末的流动性和松装密度。结果表明:球化前氧化铝钛陶瓷粉末的流动性为50s,松装密度为1.45 g·cm-3,球化后氧化铝钛陶瓷粉末的流动性为35.4s,提升29.2%,松装密度为2.01g·cm-3,提升27.8%。采用大气等离子喷涂(APS)的方式,分别以球化前后的氧化铝钛陶瓷粉末为喂料,制备了氧化铝钛陶瓷涂层。结果表明:使用球化后氧化铝钛陶瓷粉末较喷雾造粒粉末制备的涂层孔隙率降低,致密性提高,涂层韧性和硬度无明显变化。
Abstract:Abstract: Plasma spheroidization process was used to treat alumina-titanium ceramic powder, and the fluidity and loose density of the powder were tested. The results show that the fluidity of the powder before plasma spheroidization treatment is 50s, the loose density is 1.45 g·cm-3, and the fluidity of the powder after plasma spheroidization treatment is 35.4s, the loose density is2.01 g·cm-3.Alunmina-titanium ceramic coating was prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying(APS) using alumina-titanium ceramic powder before and after plasma spheroidization treatment as raw material. The results show that, compared with spray pelletizing powder, the coating with spheroidized alumina-titanium ceramic powder has lower porosity, higher density, and no obvious changes in toughness and hardness of the coating.
