中文摘要: 本文在简要介绍爆炸喷涂碳化物涂层特点的基础上,分析了当前碳化物耐磨涂层主要材料WC-Co和Cr3C2-NiCr研究现状并介绍了相组成,介绍了碳化物耐磨涂层工艺研究情况,阐述了碳化物耐磨涂层耐磨损性能及磨损机制、热腐蚀性能及腐蚀机制,最后就爆炸喷涂碳化物耐磨涂层的应用及未来发展进行了总结与展望。
Abstract:On the basis of briefly introducing the characteristics of detonation gun spray carbide coatings, this article analyzed the current research status of WC-Co and Cr3C2-NiCr, the main materials of carbide wear-resistant coatings, and introduced their phase composition. And also introduced the research status of carbide wear-resistant coating technology, elaborated on the wear resistance performance and wear mechanism, thermal corrosion performance and corrosion mechanism of carbide wear-resistant coatings, and finally summarized and prospected the application and future development of detonation gun spray carbide wear-resistant coatings.
