中文摘要: 为探究喷涂粉末物理特性对粉末粒子飞行特性的影响,采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)、大气等离子喷涂(APS)两种热喷涂工艺制备热障涂层金属粘结层,同步采用Spray Watch 2i摄像机实时监控喷涂过程中粉末粒子温度、飞行速度。 探究了粉末粒子中值粒径、松装密度与焰流束中粒子飞行速度及温度的关系。试验结果表明在APS与HVOF中粒径与温度相关趋势一致,粒子中值粒径与飞行粒子的温度成反相关,粒子中值粒径越大,飞行粒子温度越小;在射流速度不同的APS和HVOF中粒子中值粒径与飞行速度关联性不同,在速度较高的HVOF束流中,粒子中值粒径越大,粒子飞行速度越大,而在速度较低的APS束流中,粒子速度对粒子中值粒径的敏感度较低;松装密度大的粉末,由于存在微熔、黏着现象,等效受力面积增加,从而增加流速,热阻增加影响热量在粒子中的传递,因此在HVOF束流中的粒子温度低、速度高;在等离子喷涂中速度基本不变,而温度随松装密度增加而降低。
Abstract:In order to explore the effects of physical characteristics of spraying powder on flight characteristics of powder particles, Two thermal spray coatings, HVOF and APS, were used to prepare thermal barrier coatings with metal bonding layers. Meanwhile, the Spray Watch 2i camera was used to monitor the temperature and flight speed of the powder particles in real time during the spraying process. The relationship between the median particle size and loose density of powder particles and the velocity and temperature of particles in the flame beam was investigated. The experimental results show that the median particle size is inversely correlated with the temperature of flying particles. The larger the median particle size is, the smaller the temperature of flying particles is. In APS and HVOF with different jet velocity, the correlation between median particle size and flight velocity is different, In the HVOF beam with higher velocity, the larger the median particle size is, the higher the particle velocity is, but in the lower velocity APS beam, the particle velocity is independent of the median particle size. The particles in the HVOF beam have low temperature and high velocity. In plasma spraying, the velocity is basically constant and the temperature decreases with the increase of loose packing density.
