中文摘要: 目的 在铝合金表面进行莫来石/Mo涂层的可控制备,探究涂层微观组织、力学性能与热防护性能间的对应关系。方法 采用大气等离子(APS)技术,制备难熔金属Mo粘接层和莫来石陶瓷面层。利用SEM、XRD、EDS等分析了涂层的微观形貌、物相组成和元素分布规律等;探究该涂层的热膨胀系数、热导率、热震性能等热防护特性以及损伤失效机理等。结果 采用APS技术制备的莫来石/Mo涂层中各元素及物相分布均匀,莫来石涂层显微硬度约为503.8±99.68 HV300g,结合强度约为32.23±2.55 MPa。涂层在室温下的热导率为1.52 W/m·K,红外发射率约为0.875,太阳光吸收比为0.313。涂层在400 ℃高温条件下,热震15次不发生开裂。结论 铝合金表面莫来石/Mo涂层,各层间结合良好,层内微观结构均匀致密,力学性能优异,与难熔金属Mo粘结层的匹配度较高,可对热端金属部件起到优异的热防护效果,促进空间飞行器的安全稳定运行。
Abstract:The work aims to prepare the mullite/Mo coating on aluminum alloy surface, and reveal the relationship between microstructure, mechanical properties and thermal protection. The refractory metal Mo bonding coating and mullite ceramic top coating were prepared by atmospheric plasma spray (APS) technology. The microstructure, phase composition and element distribution of the coating were analyzed by SEM, XRD, EDS and so on. The thermal protection characteristics, including thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, thermal shock performance, were investigated. At the same time, the failure mechanism was revealed, as well. The elements and phases of the mullite/Mo coating prepared by APS technology are evenly distributed. The microhardness of mullite coating is about 503.8±99.68 HV300g, and its bonding strength is about 32.23±2.55 MPa. The thermal conductivity of the mullite coating is 1.52 W/m?K at room temperature, the infrared emissivity is about 0.875, and the sunlight absorption ratio is 0.313. The mullite/Mo coating could undergo 15 times thermal shocks at 400 ℃. In total, the mullite/Mo coating is uniform and dense, and well bonds on aluminum alloy. What’s more, the mullite coating exhibits better mechanical properties, and has high matching degree with refractory metal Mo bonding layer. Thus, the mullite/Mo coating which can play an excellent thermal protection effect on metal hot-parts, and thus promote the safe and stable operation of space vehicles.
