中文摘要: 以WC-12Co涂层为研究对象,探索喷涂步距对超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)涂层厚度分布均匀性、金相组织、孔隙率、相对沉积效率、维氏显微硬度、断裂韧度及残余应力的影响,结果表明,喷涂步距从3mm增加到10mm,虽然相对沉积效率略微降低(7%),但涂层残余压应力降低37%,涂层韧性提升52%,其余性能均无明显变化,故在喷涂较厚的涂层或基材易变性时,可通过简单提高喷涂步距改善涂层综合性能。
Abstract:Based on WC-12Co, this paper studied the effects of spray step distance on the uniformity of high velocity oxygen-fuel (HVOF) sprayed coating thickness distribution, morphology, porosity, relative deposition efficiency, Vickers microhardness, fracture toughness, and residual stress. The results show that increasing the spray step distance from 3mm to 10mm only results in a slight decrease of 7% in relative deposition efficiency; however, residual compressive stress is reduced by 37% and fracture toughness is increased by 52%. Besides, there is no significant change or improvement in other properties of the coating. Therefore, when spraying thicker coatings or substrates with variability, the comprehensive performance of the coating can be improved by simply increasing the spray step distance.
