中文摘要: 本文简要介绍了燃气涡轮发动机热障涂层的研究背景及发展,围绕工程化应用的EB-PVD热障涂层制备技术,重点介绍了国内外近年来在涂层制备装备、涂层工艺-结构-性能、复合结构涂层、涡轮叶片热障涂层防护能力提升等方面研究现状,基于高性能燃气轮机技术发展和热端部件服役工况,最后对先进热障涂层发展趋势进行了展望。
Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the research background and development of thermal barrier coatings for gas turbine engines. Focusing on the EB-PVD thermal barrier coating preparation technology for engineering applications, it mainly presents the current research status at home and abroad in recent years in aspects such as coating preparation equipment, coating process -structure-performance, composite structure coatings, and the improvement of the protective capacity of thermal barrier coatings for turbine blades. Based on the development of high-performance gas turbine technology and the service conditions of hot-end components, the development trend of advanced thermal barrier coatings is finally prospected.
