    本文通过“等离子球化 + 氢还原” 的方法制备了高致密度低氧含量的 3D 打印用球形钼粉, 分析了球形钼粉的特性。 通过优化等离子过程中的功率、 送粉量和气体流量参数, 制备了高致密度球形钼粉; 并且采用氢气还原球形钼粉, 降低其氧含量。 试验结果表明: 与原始粉末相比, 制备的 3D 打印用球形钼粉的松比从 2.3 g/cm3 提高到 6.01 g/cm3; 流动性从 35 s/50 g 提高到 10.5 s/50 g; 氧含量降低到 270 ppm。

    Abstract:

    In this study, the spherical molybdenum powder with high density and low oxygen content for 3Dprinting was prepared by plasma spheroidization and hydrogen reduction, and the material properties of sphericalmolybdenum powder were tested and analyzed. The spherical molybdenum powder for 3D printing with highdensity was prepared by adjusting the power, powder feeding amount and gas flow rate in the plasma process.Meanwhile, the hydrogen reduction has been adopted to reduce the oxygen content of the spherical molybdenumpowder. Compared to the original powder, and the apparent density of the molybdenum powder increased from 2.3g/cm3 to 6.01 g/cm3, the flowability increased from 35s/50 g to 10.5 s/50 g and the oxygen content reached 270 ppm.
