中文摘要: 为研究镍铜/氮化硼封严涂层在海洋环境下的腐蚀行为及腐蚀对涂层性能的影响。本文采用等离子喷涂在TC4基体上制备NiAl底层和NiCu-BN面层,并对涂层进行酸性盐雾腐蚀和可磨耗试验,通过XRD和SEM对涂层物相和微观结构进行表征。结果表明:NiCu-BN涂层经过192h酸性盐雾腐蚀后,在腐蚀层下方形成厚度约为100μm的腐蚀致密区,在致密区内部几乎不存在孔洞。腐蚀层表面腐蚀产物主要微NaCuO2和Cu64O。喷涂态涂层的平均IDR值为9.76±0.35%,而腐蚀态涂层的平均IDR值则为13.01±1.6%,说明酸性盐雾腐蚀将降低涂层的可磨耗性能,涂层的磨损机制由塑性变形磨损转变为塑性变形磨损与黏着磨损混合磨损。
Abstract:To study the corrosion behaviour of NiCu-BN sealing coatings in marine environments and the effect of corrosion on coating properties The NiAl bottom layer and NiCu-BN top layer were prepared on TC4 substrate by plasma spraying. The coatings were subjected to acidic salt spray corrosion and abradable tests. The physical phase and microstructure of the coatings were characterised by XRD and SEM. The results show that after 192h acidic salt spray corrosion of NiCu-BN coating, corrosion dense zone with 100 μm was formed under the corrosion layer. And there were almost no holes inside the dense zone. The corrosion products on the surface of the corrosion layer are mainly micro-NaCuO2 and Cu64O. The average IDR value of the coating in the spraying state is 9.76±0.35%, while the average IDR value of the coating in the corrosive state is 13.01±1.6%, which indicates that the acidic salt spray corrosion will reduce the wearability of the coating, The wear mechanism of the coating is changed from the plastic deformation wear to the mixed wear of the plastic deformation wear and the adhesive wear.
